Season Highlights
The 2011-2012 concert season, Mystery and Mastery, will feature many exciting performances, including some with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) and Exultate Chamber Singers! The Chorus starts off the season with a performance of Behold the Night, a TSO newly-commissioned work from Larysa Kuzmenko for Children’s Chorus and Orchestra that was premièred at the symphony’s 90th anniversary season opener. The annual sold out holiday performance in Roy Thomson Hall will include music by Debussy, Holman, Mathias, and the première of a seasonal Maori piece and will feature guests True North Brass. In April, the Chorale Choir will present the music of Lotti, Duruflé, and Poulenc in the intimate setting of the Mazzoleni Concert Hall. We finish up the season with our all-choirs Spring Concert in the Toronto Centre for the Arts with a repertoire of Canadian, European, and New Zealand musical masters.
