Ticket Policies

Subscriptions

Each year TCC offers a variety of subscription packages for its concert season.  These packages go on sale online in late summer/early fall and include advance purchase options for the annual Holiday and Spring concerts.  All subscription orders are subject to a $10 processing fee.

Single Tickets

The TCC does not manage single ticket orders for the annual Holiday concert at Roy Thomson Hall or the annual Spring concert at Toronto Centre for the Arts. Those wishing to purchase single tickets for these concerts must be ordered directly from the venue box office if they have not already been purchased as part of a season subscription package.

Single tickets for concerts at the church venues are available for sale in advance through the TCC website and subject to availability, at the door.  All single tickets sold directly by TCC are subject to a $2 per ticket service fee, with the exception of cash payments at the door.

Seating and Latecomers

Concerts at church venues are general admission seating.  We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the concert start time to take your seat.   Doors open approximately 30 mins before the concert start time.

Concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and Toronto Centre for the Arts are assigned seating.

All latecomers will be seated at the discretion of TCC or event venue staff.

Refunds/Exchanges

All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges on any TCC concert tickets.  Please be sure to place your order carefully.  If you are unable to use your tickets, we recommend gifting them to a friend or family member to enjoy.
