Make an Impact
For nearly five decades, the Toronto Children’s Chorus (TCC) has transformed the lives of young singers through exceptional choral training, performance experiences, and community engagement. Rooted in artistic excellence and a commitment to nurturing every voice, TCC empowers children and youth to grow in confidence, discipline, teamwork, creativity, and leadership through music.
But this work doesn’t happen without generous supporters. As a registered not-for-profit charity, TCC relies on donations from individuals, families, businesses, and community partners to sustain and expand our programming.
Your gift ensures that this vibrant musical community continues to thrive, that barriers to participation are lowered, and that future generations of young choristers have the chance to experience the joy and lifelong benefits of singing. Your support for TCC directly fuels artistic growth, education, and community connection in our choir of young voices.
In essence, donations to TCC don’t simply keep a choir running — they create life-changing opportunities, strengthen communities, and extend the power of music far beyond the stage.
Ways to Help
How You Can Help
Make a Donation
Your generosity sustains exceptional choral training, performances, and outreach programs across the GTA. Monthly and Annual giving provides steady support that strengthens artistic leadership and ensures every chorister thrives.
Other ways to give:
Donate securities or mutual funds that have appreciated in value, rather than cash, and eliminate the capital gains tax. It’s the most cost-effective way to give:
the TCC will receive a larger gift, and you’ll benefit from a larger tax credit.
Contribute to one of our Bursary Funds, and help choristers make their voices heard.
Donald E. Bartle Youth Choral Fund
This fund provides financial support towards summer touring costs, based on need, to a select number of Chamber Choir choristers. The fund is named in honour of the late Donald E. Bartle, the husband of TCC founder Jean Ashworth Bartle, who provided dedicated and unconditional support to the Choir.
